Build your deep tech. Keep your IP.
Founder-aligned deep-tech incubator. Concept to MVP in 12–18 months. No IP capture. Multi-anchor by design.
Utah 501(c)(3) since June 2022. First anchor — EmberGraph Intel — shipped April 2026. Three more on the playbook.
Portfolio
PDTI is multi-anchor by design. Each anchor proves the model in a different deep-tech domain. Each maps to existing engineering competence on the team — not aspirational roadmap.
Provenance-first graph intelligence for litigation, alternative-data signal analysis, and compliance.
Shipped April 2026
Custom optics with image sensor and light sensor stack, onboard processing, low-latency display for drone operators.
In development
Bedside diagnostic platforms. First program: urinary biomarker correlation for early CKD detection.
On roadmap
Robotics and mixed-reality interfaces for industrial and medical applications.

First Anchor · Shipped April 2026
Forensic graph analysis on public records. Built for litigation, alternative-data signal analysis, and compliance. The proof that PDTI's multi-anchor model is repeatable.
EMI ships across six product lines — litigation intelligence, fraud and False Claims Act, compliance pattern detection, alternative-data signal, corporate intelligence, and marketing & brand intelligence. Each line configures the same engine and named primitives for a different buyer audience. The system surfaces structural patterns in primary-source documents; humans interpret them. Math-based pattern detection, not chatbot synthesis. Every claim hashed back to a source document.
Three named primitives · in plain English
Primitive 01
When dozens of documents reference the same organization under different names, the system collapses them onto one canonical legal entity and pulls the load-bearing source.
Soft-cluster-to-anchor resolution across unstructured corpora.
Primitive 02
When a government URL goes dead, the connector walks a per-source ladder of alternate hosting locations until the document resolves and hash-validates.
Retrieval resilience across mirrors (state.gov → GAO → govinfo → Wayback).
Primitive 03
Twelve-pattern library that surfaces soft signals investigators recognize: magic numbers persisting across documents, citation laundering, methodology fabrication, amplifier networks.
Pattern library v1.0 — 12 patterns, sealed-evidence rendering.
Governance
PDTI is governed by a Board of Directors with active oversight of mission alignment, financial stewardship, and program-level decisions.
