Pioneering Deep Tech Institute (PDTI) is a Utah 501(c)(3) nonprofit deep-tech incubator founded in 2022. The institute builds founder-aligned deep-tech companies from concept to MVP in 12–18 months without IP capture, providing shared facilities and synergistic infrastructure, targeted capital, and experienced legal and regulatory support. PDTI is multi-anchor by design, with each anchor proving the operating model in a different deep-tech domain. The first anchor portfolio company — EmberGraph Intel, a forensic graph intelligence platform serving litigation, alternative-data signal analysis, and compliance — shipped April 2026 in six weeks of build time on a $200 API budget. Additional anchors in development include FPV drone goggles with integrated image-sensing systems, point-of-care medical devices, and mechatronics with augmented reality and computer vision. PDTI also operates an active research program with a manuscript currently in submission on urinary collagen IV biomarker correlation methodology for early chronic kidney disease detection, and publishes long-form expert-led educational content on deep-tech development, regulatory pathways, and emerging-technology governance. The institute is led by founders with cross-disciplinary backgrounds spanning investigative research, deep-tech engineering, and nonprofit governance.
