Phelan Hobbs advises PDTI on FPGA, VLSI, and embedded systems, from the silicon and the PCBs up through the firmware. Phelan holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Utah, and works as a software engineer at the University of Utah Nanofab. At PDTI, Phelan anchors the embedded and aerial side, jump-in, jump-out, on the problems that need his depth.
