Georgetown Law, Utah and California bars, fifteen years in litigation including a tour as a Discovery Attorney at Google and federal experience at the FBI and the Federal Maritime Commission. He owns defensibility across PDTI and EmberGraph Intel: he builds the engagements and the governance so the work survives the counsel who wants it thrown out.
